I-STATUS OF THE PARTICIPANTS

The Republic of Congo-Brazzaville Government will take the necessary measures to facilitate the arrival and departure
of the delegates jointly invited as well as their stay in Congo-Brazzaville. During this stay, the delegates will enjoy the
privileges and immunities provided by the Convention on the Privileges of the United Nations of February 13th 1946.

II- ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

A valid passport is required for entry into and stay in the Republic of Congo-Brazzaville. The delegates of countries –
concerned by an entry visas – will be able to formulate their applications visa form to the diplomaticrepresentations of
the Republic of Congo-Brazzaville accredited to their respective countries (with presentation of the joint invitation).

Important note: The participantsin difficulty to obtain the visas in their
respective countries are requested to inform the Ministry of Tourism and Leisure’s in advance (03 weeks before. The
necessary arrangements could be done to facilitate the visa application on arrival.

III- TRANSPORT

The Ministry of Tourism and Leisure’s of the Republic of Congo-Brazzaville will provide, to all the participants, free
transport from the airport to their hotel at the arrival and departure, and also from the hotel suggested to the
different place of the conference activities.    All the participants are pleased to

IV-WELCOMING AT THE MAYA-MAYA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTOF BRAZZAVILLE

The Ministry of Tourism and Leisure’s will ensure the welcoming of all the participants at the Maya-Maya International
Airport of Brazzaville

An international Vaccination certificate valid is recommanded

VI-RECORDING AND BADGES

A check-in desk will be opeedn at the palace of Congres of Brazzaville on July 16th, 2017 from 8.00 am till 9.00 pm and
July 17th before the opening ceremony. Badges will be handed at registration. The registration could be also done on
the registration form provided

The National Tourisme Conferences will be in Frenchwith english translation.
